Cancellation & Return Policies

Pia & Co. items may be exchanged by sending purchased product to our contact address, within fifteen (15) days of postmarked delivery date. All exchanges must be in its original packaging and include purchasing invoice.

To begin return process, you must fill out and send our online form found in the ‘Returns & Shipping’ section and await return authorization before shipping. Items shipped without prior authorization from Pia & Co. will not be accepted/refunded.

In the matter of approving return, an inspection process is required to determine if the jewelry was misused or acquired through faulty production. If the product is found suitable for return after the review process, the refund will be made within 10 days.
